The investor’s objective was to convert the former farm into a training centre for 40 people, including accommodation and catering quarters. Another aim was to provide stabling for ten horses. Other functions of the compound are closely related to the main two purposes: kitchen, quarters for the custodian and staff, workshops and parking for farm machinery. The farm is surrounded by meadows and pastures. The original look of the farm, as a set of buildings surrounding a rectangular courtyard, is preserved. Three historical buildings in the northern part of the farm are to be reconstructed. These historical buildings will be supplemented with new constructions, running in the place of the original wing in the eastern part, and extending the original buildings in the southern and western parts in order to meet the interior and exterior quality requirements. The land slopes towards the south. The courtyard will serve for leisure activities. The original slope of the ground will be adjusted, with the ground raised and arranged into several levels.
