Adaptation of the Masaryk Square preserves the original intentions of architect Gocar, only supplementing it with a new community area with a fountain in the place of the roundabout. The fountain is cast from eight tons of carbide-nickel steel, offering simplicity of shape and natural detail created by polishing of the cast material. Preserved imperfections in the finish demonstrate the solid nature of the high-quality material. The polished surface reflects the surroundings and alleviates the eight-ton sculpture.
