The office building is composed of two basic units, one of the monumental entrance, and the other of the office building proper. Both units differ in material and height. The entry building is designed as a two-storey structure with a reception area, connected to vertical and horizontal communication system. The rear part of the entry unit contains a private club, whose intimacy is underlined by the use of different façade elements. The glazing of the entrance building transforms into a façade of wooden elements. All sections of the club have access to the adjacent garden. The office unit is designed as three-tract building with preparation for further corridor tracts, creating a five-tract design by partitioning off the side tracts with offices. This solution will enable creation of separate enclosed and open space offices. The central tract houses vertical lines of communication, technological units and facilities, as well as the meeting room. This design allows for modification in accordance with current needs of the company.
