The basic design of the premises is a cuboid, composed of a smaller blue structure inserted into a larger light grey one. The building stands on a rectangular ground plan 28.64 by 15.14 m. The interior of the building is arranged into three tracts with bearing perimeter walls and an internal load-bearing core. The central, narrowest, tract serves vertical communication within the building and holds sanitary facilities, including rising pipes along the whole height of the building. The central tract opens into cubicle or open-space offices. This designed allowed maximum utilisation of the façade for offices. One lift and a main two-branch stairway are available for vertical communication; with the stairway doubling as the main fire escape route.
