Residential complex Korunní is design mostly as residential for families with children. Only part of the northen object orientated to the prespace and opened to Korunní street, will have small shops and atelies. Newly developed area will be made up by threes and grassed surfaces in shape of random knobs. Benches, pubic lights and litter baskets will be filled. In the neighborhood of tram station is planed to be fountain, which will serve as a Meeting point. Face of the buildings in Korunní street is changing due to distance of the Prague´s center. Stepwise the facedes in style of historical eclectism are removed by modern first republic architecture, which keeps face of the whole area of Vinohrady and is used also in a surrounding villas area. Proposal of the new Residence Korunní aims to come from those architectural components of the surrounding build up area or its interpretation with modern instruments. Those components are for example: horizontal lines, plastic structured facades, loggie, point up corners and bearback floors. Whole residential complex is united by horizontal stress of the three aboveground floors with the greenhouses.
