The residential house is located on a separated area of a former villa garden. The house is a four-storey building sensitively adjusted to the villa and harmonised with the original development of the Orechovka quarter. The building is divided into two units connected by an interior corridor. The house contains nine flats. The ground floor flats are provided with small private gardens. Two flats on the top floor open to the loft and a terrace on the flat part of the roof. The basement of the house provides parking spaces.
