The residential house Nove Petriny, with 26 flats and shop areas will be erected on the verge of the existing housing estate Petriny, in the place of a disused grocery shop. The basic design is based on three six-storey units interconnected by receding five-storey wells. This design creates terraces at the level of the topmost floor, attached to the loft flats at the terminal sections.
