The residential houses are positioned on a steep wooded hillside in order to minimise the extent of landscaping modifications and to preserve valuable components of the present greenery, namely in the upper part of the area. The development is divided into two identical two-storey buildings with a total of six flats. The top floor recedes along the hillside, thus creating an impression of terraced house. Both houses share the ground floor level road. The front façade is divided by balconies, covered with pergolas and shaded by portable wooden screens.
