The project respects the historical pattern of Karlín keeping behind the fix limit of the Sokolovská street. The buildings proposed on the northern side of the Pobřežní street substitute the traditional orthogonal structure by the context of the river and the park. A new park looking to the river extends the existing area of Kaizlovy sady and the park in front of the historical building of Invalidovna. Next to the housing estate of Invalidovna and the metro station, the project intends to create a community center with a square, missing in the core area.
The realization of the whole conception will be covered by private sources while the area is technically prepared by the City of Prague. Together they can develop an unique project, that will finally give use to this devastated land, will animate the abbandoned area between Karlín and Libeň, will regenerate the Vltava embankment and after many decades it will create an attractive recreation park in the city center.
