Casua Profile

The atelier CASUA was founded in 1991 by Ales Podebrad, a civil engineer, and by the architect Oleg Haman. Their objective was to build an atelier which would not only offer their own architectural ideas, but also their construction solutions, and this way, it would offer complex services to their customers. It is now 20 years that this objective has been successfully reached and the Atelier CASUA implemented a lot of successful projects.

Among the most recent projects are the luxury residence „Czech terraces“ (Almaty – Kazakhstan), the Master Plan of the City of Usti nad Labem, Park Malsovice – leisure activities park in Hradec Kralove and the Office Islands complex in Prague – Letnany for the company Hochtief Development Czech Republic, which obtained the pre-certification of the LEED Silver Certificate for suistanable buildings.

Casua is a founding member of Czech Green Building Council

Casua has been a member of Equator European Architects since January 2007

Casua has been a holder of certificate of National Security Authority since 2005

Casua is a holder of certificate of ISO 9001/2008
