A block building grows form a rectangular base which is a body of existing garages. Masses of the storeys are shifted which breaks down a mass of the building to smaller parts. The existing garage building has two floors, the new building is designed in a ten. This spatial arrangement is based on a principle of maximum use of the land in order to respect fire regulations and general technical requirements for construction (distance).
