A small fountain for the Kurim square is designed to dominate the area with its detail rather than size. The design yet again banks on the intangible and reflective qualities of polished carbide-nickel steel. Water running down the side of the cone should merge with the lustrous silvery surface blurring all traces of the boundary between the edge of the water stream and the cone material. The fountain should give the impression of being made from solidified water
