Hi everyone! We're excited to announce that we have submitted two projects to the biggest national competition in the field of architecture and construction, "Building of the Year".

One project is for Ostrava Přívoz – railway station public space and the other project is for Kolín – Vinice.

Urban Project of the Year 2022

Jirásek Square in Kolín was awarded the title of Urban Project of the Year 2022. A total of 6 projects out of 16 submitted urban projects from all over the Czech Republic won the Urban Project of the Year 2022 award. The competition is traditionally announced by the Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Construction, together with the Ministry for Regional Development, the Association for Urban Planning and Spatial Planning of the Czech Republic, the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction and the Czech Union of Civil Engineers, and with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Housing Starokošířská

CASUA is currently working to fill the gap in Starokošířská Street with an apartment building. An interesting feature of this project is the suspended facade made of concrete, which gives the whole house a dynamic expression.

Territorial study of Kolín - Vinice location

The territorial study examines specific possibilities for the distribution of the land for public transport and technical infrastructure.
