Čertův Vršek – Best of Realty 2022

We are proud to announce that our green residential project developed in cooperation with Skanska - Čertův Vršek - was awarded in the 24th year of The Best of Realty awards in the category Residential projects of smaller scale 2022.

The project is also certified as BREEAM – Very Good and thus became one of the most eco-friendly projects in the Czech Republic.

It is proof that our architects and engineers are able to develop a project that follows the world´s modern trends in the construction industry.

Urban Project of the Year 2022

Jirásek Square in Kolín was awarded the title of Urban Project of the Year 2022. A total of 6 projects out of 16 submitted urban projects from all over the Czech Republic won the Urban Project of the Year 2022 award. The competition is traditionally announced by the Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Construction, together with the Ministry for Regional Development, the Association for Urban Planning and Spatial Planning of the Czech Republic, the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction and the Czech Union of Civil Engineers, and with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

JAROSLAVA Fashion show

On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, we supported the studio "JAROSLAVA", which presented a new A/W 2022 collection called ...green blue - good for parade...!. It was beautiful!
