2nd prize – BEST OF REALITY 2002 (Office refurbishment)
The original Baroque Ries-Sallburg Palace was converted into the Rococo style. Other conversions are from the beginning of 20th century. It consists of an annexe in the courtyard and an extension on the roof. The building is registered in the State Register of Immovable Cultural Monuments. The project from 2000 purged Rococo Palace of more recent inappropriate interventions. The original disposition has been restored respecting the original stucco decoration. Art and craft elements have been renovated by professionals. A significant representative commercial and administrative palace was created by this project.
