In the competition, the Bořislavka Centre project was awarded the “Best International Office Development”.

International Property Awards have been awarded to professionals in residential and commercial projects from around the world since 1993. The competition is the most prestigious real estate competition in the world. The prizes are divided into regions covering Africa, Asia-Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central, and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Contributions from 115 countries were evaluated this year.
