The entire project was originally conceived as a monolithic building by our architectural studio. The third stage of construction was later changed to timber construction in accordance with the new vision, and the project was named Timber Prague. The project is now owned by UBM Development AG, whose goal is to become the European leader in the field of ecological buildings with wooden construction. ELK, an experienced Austrian company with extensive know-how in the field of wooden construction, was significantly involved as the general contractor and supplier of wooden parts of the wooden floors of the building. 🏙️🌳

Soon we will show photos of the building, where 62 apartments will soon be built in modern multi-storey wooden buildings made of massive wooden panels.
