In the category of residential projects of a larger scale, the project from Casua Studio, Residence Waltrovka – II. Stage, West, Prague 5, took the victory. In this case, the Jury highlighted above-standard housing in the newly established city district, offering residences of various characters and with plenty of communal space while preserving the privacy of the local inhabitants. The complex amenities of the new district close to the center of Prague, connected to the metro line B, yet in the greenery of the adjacent park and park areas, satisfy the maximum demands of the future clients.
