This year’s best projects were decided by a nine-member expert jury headed by Tomáš Drtina, Vice President of the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN). We are delighted that in the traditionally most strongly represented category of residential projects, Rezidence Čertův vršek was the winner. The judges appreciated the high level of use of innovative technologies and environmentally friendly materials, as well as the architecture respecting the surrounding buildings and the modern design of the common parts of the apartment building.
