Malkovského apartment building

The land is located in the northern part of the Letňany housing estate on the corner of Malkovského and Krausova streets. The apartment building has 12 ordinary above-ground floors and one setback in the western part of the property. The urban layout is designed so that the high-rise building complements the existing row of three tower houses along Krausova Street.

LIHOVAR Smíchov

Do you know the LIHOVAR Smíchov project? It is a multi-functional residential housing project by the company Trigema, where CASUA is the General Designer.

Arnošt Lustig Award

As in other years, this time too we are a proud partner of this award. The award is given annually to individuals who embody qualities such as "courage and bravery, humanity and justice," characteristics referring to the writer Arnošt Lustig, whose name the award bears.

The Nové Modřany residence is part of a broader development activity in the locality, which it conceptually closes with its position and timing.
