Green Roof: The roof of the building is planted with plants and equipped with a rainwater harvesting system, which is used to irrigate the community garden behind the building.

A pioneer in green energy: Corso Court was the first project in the country to use renewable electricity in its construction, certified by EKOenergy and meeting environmental and climate protection criteria.

Ricardo Bofill - Master of Geometry: Born in Barcelona in 1939, Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill founded the Taller de Arquitectura studio in 1963. His work, inspired by Mediterranean and Arabic architecture, is famous for its geometric forms. His building Les Espaces d'Abraxas appeared in an episode of the film Hunger Games.
