But it was primarily built on BIM because the client, Trigema, and Mr. Soural required a BIM project for coordination purposes. The project was managed by Trigema, so they wanted the building to be intelligent, very interesting, which the guys managed, but technically challenging. I have to say that the project was redesigned twice to meet the financial requirements so it wouldn't be too expensive. It showed us the way to avoid some mistakes in cooperation with an architect who does not want to perceive the requirements of construction. Nevertheless, both parts turned out very well.

Thanks to this cooperation, Trigema contacted us in the future with another project, which we are also presenting here at the exhibition - Lihovar.
