I agree that the company

with registered office at Křižíkova 682/34a,
filed at the Municipal Court in
Prague, Case No. C 6109 (hereinafter referred to as

from the contact form, including my application form or email to the selection procedure and sending information emails published on the website www.casua.cz, which the company operates, use my:

for a maximum period of 4 years from the date of the granting of such consent.
I am aware that I can revoke this agreement at any time by sending an e-mail to kontakt@casua.cz.
