It must be said that after its approval, this master plan did not need any changes for 10 years. Some of the development areas, such as the industrial areas around Setuza and Spolchemie, were developed with students of the Faculty of Architecture at the summer school into buildings, thus verifying the urban and functional zoning of the city, because these two development areas are absolutely crucial for the functioning of the central part of the city. It is an example of how we work with objects and functional areas.
