The residential building dates back to the second half of the 19th century, although precise dating is not possible due to the lack of original documentation – only partial drawings from 1870 have been preserved. The building is a typical example of a townhouse of its time: a longitudinal double-tract layout with an access balcony facing the courtyard and a staircase separated into an independent side wing. Despite partial modifications during the 20th century, the structure has retained its legible historical layout and the character of its courtyard facade, including the annex behind the staircase and the adjoining access balconies.
